Co-ops and internships
CarGurus co-ops and interns are fully immersed members of our teams. They tackle business problems, attend cross-functional meetings, and take part in company events alongside our full-time Gurus and leaders. We also support them with professional development sessions, resume workshops, and fun excursions at which they connect with colleagues and mentors.
Our 6-month co-op program takes place in the spring and fall; internships are 10-12 weeks in the summer.

Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative or BDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping CarGurus acquire new customers while providing exceptional service to dealerships nationwide. All the while, you'll grow your communication, organizational, and time management skills as you collaborate with your team to reach your sales goals. Successful BDRs move on to other roles within CarGurus, most often in Account Executive and Account Management.
