All in on time off

Full-time U.S. employees get unlimited personal and sick time off and 3 weeks vacation to start. Dublin and UK Gurus can expect 25 days annual leave and 10 sick days a year. All employees get a month-long paid sabbatical after 5 and 10 years with CG.
